We have a dedicated team at Heathrow airport. Our regulated agent status and our airside passes allow us to supervise shipments and witness loading and unloading directly onto and from aircraft. We can extend import and export services to other major UK airports when required. Our Designated Export Place (DEP) and External Temporary Storage Facility (ETSF) areas give us maximum control over your airfreight and freight deliveries and collections from the airport are undertaken in our own vehicles, further minimizing risk. Operating from our Hayes offices near Heathrow airport, our Logistics Gateway Department is dedicated to supporting airfreight services for our Old Master, Gallery Services and Museum departments. This ensures our clients always receive a controlled, efficient and cost-effective service.
Our fleet of specialist vehicles provide exceptional standards. Vehicles are unmarked, have climate control, courier seating, air-ride suspension and GPS live tracking. We have regular groupage services to main European cities and also provide dedicated vehicles for urgent and high value shipments. All vehicle specifications meet with the Arts Council standards for Government Indemnity (GIS).
We offer cost effective shipment via sea containers for art fairs, large private shipments and exhibitions or oversized art works that are unable to travel via airfreight. We can advise on the appropriate size and type of shipping container and we control the whole process, including loading and unloading.
